Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being received, and arrive between approximately 2 – 10 working days from dispatch, depending on the delivery method selected.
Should we be out of stock, HealthyLife will contact you to advise delivery dates.

Returns Policy
We will happily accept the return of any product which is damaged, or does not match the description of what you ordered. HealthyLife CapeTown must be contacted via email within 48 hours of receiving your goods and provided with photo evidence for verification. You will be issued a return address of where to send your goods, and they must be received back within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date, in the condition they originally arrived in, to be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.

Cancellation Policy
An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet.
If payment has been made, but the parcel has not been dispatched , an order can also be cancelled. This will attract a fee of 20% of the relevant transaction amount to cover costs of refunds etc.
Unfortunately an order cannot be cancelled after the parcel has been dispatched.
