Product Description
BCP-Skin
BCP-S can stimulate skin metabolism and counteract the internal loss of the collagenous extracellular matrix which contains 80% collagen by dry weight. A study of 114 women aged 45-65 were randomised to take BCP-S for 8 weeks. There was a significantly higher content of procollagen type I (65%) and elastin (18%) in the BCP-S group.7 As little as 2.5 grams was effective in this study, whereas 10 grams
may be required in other connective tissues. Along with its effects on skin density, the collagen peptides as found in BCP-S have been shown to also support nail growth and structure.
