DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY
Shipping is charged as follows:
Cape Town City Centre and surrounds: R65
Cape Town Outlying: R137
FREE DELIVERIES: Orders over R5oo
Other City Centres & outlying: R137
FREE DELIVERY TO OTHER CITIES: Orders over R900
FREE SHIPPING WILL BE CALCULATED ON CHECKOUT.
International Shipping is available by special arrangement. Please email your order through to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a quotation including the shipping costs. On acceptance of the quotation, you can pay us through direct bank transfer and we will then ship the parcel to you.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being received, and arrive between approximately 4 – 10 working days from dispatch, depending on the delivery method selected.
Should we be out of stock, HealthyLife will contact you to advise delivery dates.
All prices listed are in South African Rands.
All Visa and MasterCards are accepted, and no surcharges apply. Direct Deposit also accepted.
We will happily accept the return of any product which is damaged, or does not match the description of what you ordered. HealthyLifeCapeTown.co.za must be contacted via email within 48 hours of receiving your goods and provided with photo evidence for verification. You will be issued a return address of where to send your goods, and they must be received back within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date, in the condition they originally arrived in, to be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.
Goods returned to us because of change of mind must be unused and in perfect re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions etc.) otherwise we will not be able to refund you. If you instigate a return due to change of mind, you will be responsible for all associated costs due to returning the item. Sale goods are non-returnable unless faulty.
An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet.
If payment has been made, but the parcel has not been dispatched , an order can also be cancelled. This will attract a fee of 20% of the relevant transaction amount to cover costs of refunds etc.
Unfortunately an order cannot be cancelled after the parcel has been dispatched.
